Requesting Public Affairs Support

The 125th FW Public Affairs Office is excited to announce the launch of the new Public Affairs Productivity Portal (P3). This portal will serve as the centralized hub for submitting all requests for Public Affairs support.

To receive Public Affairs support, individuals must navigate to P3 and submit a request using the following steps:

1. Visit the P3 customer service portal: https://safpa.appianportalsgov.com/request/page/request

2. Click the Public Affairs photo hyperlink on the far left, or select "New Request" from the Public Affairs dropdown menu in the top banner.

3. Follow the step-by-step prompts to complete and submit your request. (Military members: You will be prompted to enter your email address; you can use your personal or official email address for the verification, however, the final email entered after verification needs to be your official government email address (only users with government emails can request certain services, such as studio photography). Please enter your email in all lowercase.)

All requests are reviewed individually and support is determined on a case-by-case basis according to the wing's Public Affairs (PA) Employment Plan.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the 125th FW Public Affairs Office.

Studio Services

The 125th FW Public Affairs Office can provide members with the following studio services: head and shoulder photos, full length photos, ISOPREP photos, official passport photos, and visa photos required for government travel.

Studio appointments are available Tuesdays-Thursdays from 0900-1100. Airmen who do not fall into the pre-approved categories (outlined in the local PA Employment Plan) may request services during walk-in hours on RSD weekends; hours vary drill-to-drill and are published in the RSD newsletter.

"Head and shoulders" photos are considered official photos in which the subject is positioned beside a U.S. flag in front of a gray background. These photos are typically used for biographies, chain of command walls, award packages and developmental special duty applications.

Full length photos are considered official photos in which the subject is positioned on a white backdrop for a full-body photo in their blues uniform. These photos are typically only used for HHQ awards packages and certain developmental special duty applications.

- Passport and/or visa photo services can only be provided when required for official government travel (must be verified by Commander or UDM).

ISOPREP photos show a subject's head and shoulders (while wearing a coyote brown t-shirt) in front of a white background. Subject will first face the camera, then will face their left for a photo of their right-side profile.

Uniform and appearance must be in compliance with DAFI 36-2903. If a member's uniform is not in compliance with DAFI 36-2903, PA is not authorized to complete the appointment and it must be re-scheduled to a later date.

All photos will typically be emailed to the customer by close of business on the day the photo is taken. Passport and visa photos will typically be processed, printed and returned to the member during the appointment. ISOPREP photos will be sent to the subject's UDM.
