Updated Base Access Policy
Effective March 3, 2026, the 125th Fighter Wing has suspended the Trusted Traveler Program at Jacksonville ANGB, and implemented a 100% identification verification of all vehicle occupants.
This change in policy alters the process for anyone without base access seeking to enter the installation and requires them to have a valid visitor pass and sponsor. This change does not affect the current commercial vehicle/occupant access or the contractor Entry Authorization List (EAL) processes.
All visitors must provide a valid, REAL ID-compliant identification, such as a state-issued driver's license, passport, or a Social Security card with a photo. Vehicle registration is required for visitors intending to drive on the installation. Individuals requesting long-term or recurring access for work or other official business should contact the 125th Security Forces Squadron (SFS) Pass & ID office for an extended base access pass. This office facilitates the issuance of a defense biometric identification system (DBIDS) pass for eligible non-military personnel.
All individuals seeking access will undergo a mandatory criminal background check. Base access may be denied to individuals with a history of felonies, outstanding warrants, or significant criminal activity.
Sponsors are required to contact or visit the 125th SFS Pass and ID to initiate the process prior to the guest arriving. The 125th SFS Pass & ID office is open Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. During business hours, the Pass & ID office can be reached by phone at 904-741-7853 or by email at 125SFS.S3O.PassandID@us.af.mil.
